Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Originating in India thousands of years ago it focuses on strengthening the body, improving flexibility, and calming the mind. Yoga can also help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and enhance overall health.
Yoga is a whole healing system for the body, mind and spirit and a chance to build a relationship with yourself through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
