A health coach works with clients to set goals, create action plans, and provide motivation and guidance for adopting healthier habits. This may involve areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle changes. The coach provides encouragement, accountability, and tools to help clients make sustainable changes, empowering them to take control of their health.

As a qualified Health, Wellness, and Wellbeing Coach, I am here to be your personal guide, mentor, and supporter on your journey to a healthier and more balanced life.

Together, we will create a plan that is completely unique to you and tailored to your specific needs. By making small, sustainable adjustments, I will empower you to take control of your health, feel more balanced, and optimise your future wellbeing.

Taking a holistic approach, I offer online consultations from the comfort of your own home. We will begin with a detailed questionnaire to assess your current health and lifestyle, and from there, we'll work together to formulate a plan that fits seamlessly into your schedule and commitments. These changes will start small but will build the foundation for lasting transformation. We’ll only move on to the next step when you feel ready, ensuring that the pace is right for you.

I offer two coaching packages, each with three follow-up consultations. One of these packages includes dedicated email support throughout, offering that extra level of guidance whenever you need it.

How to Get Started:​

Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call
If you're not sure if health coaching is right for you, we can start with a free 30-minute discovery call. This will give you a chance to share your challenges and goals, and we can explore how coaching could benefit you.

​Step 2: Schedule Your Sessions
Once you're ready to start, we’ll schedule monthly or fortnightly sessions, depending on your needs and goals. Sessions are online.​ Or in person if you're in Sark.

Step 3: Begin Your Transformation
Together, we’ll begin implementing strategies to reduce stress, improve your wellbeing, and create lasting change.
