
A little bit about me and why I want to help you.
For over 30 years, I've been deeply fascinated by health and wellbeing. My curiosity always led me to seek out the root causes of health issues, especially when it came to my own body. In my mid 20s, struggling with digestive issues and food cravings, I embarked on a journey of discovery to heal myself. But life had other plans, and I found myself sidelining my personal health journey to focus on my career and family.

As the years passed, I became fueled by adrenaline from home and work stress, to the point where I almost pushed myself beyond my limits. I reached a point where I knew I wanted to feel as vibrant and energised as I did in my early 20s, but I just couldn’t figure out how to get there. I tried different approaches, but something always got in the way—whether it was the stress of life or just being too busy. I knew the balance I sought was there, but I couldn’t seem to find it.

The struggle continued—facing nervous distress, self-doubt, and overwhelming stress and anxiety. Comfort eating and unhealthy habits only added to the problem, leaving me feeling trapped in a cycle I couldn’t break.
​
After 15 years working in the finance industry I finally decided it was time to take control of my health. My journey to becoming a Health Coach began not just to fix my own issues, but to gain the knowledge and tools I needed to help others who were facing similar struggles. What started as personal growth became a passion to support others on their own wellness journeys.
​
I then expanded my learning into two other areas that were close to my heart: Reiki and Yoga. Becoming a certified Reiki Practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher deepened my ability to help others, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness. While Reiki and Yoga work beautifully alongside Health Coaching, each one can also stand alone as its own transformative practice.

Naturally caring and nurturing, I have an intrinsic desire to help others. Now, I’m here to guide you toward your optimum health and wellbeing, helping you take control of your life and unlock the energy and vitality you deserve.

As a qualified health coach, I am a proud member of both the UK Integrative Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). I am a certified yoga instructor with over 250 hours of training, specialising in Hatha, Restorative, and Menopause-specific yoga. With more than a decade of personal practice, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s needs and a passion for wellbeing to my teaching. As a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, I adhere to high standards of practice and continue my professional development in the field. Combining my qualifications as a Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner, I offer mindful yoga classes that emphasise strength, flexibility, and balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach encourages you to connect with your body, cultivate inner balance, and nurture your resilience, all while releasing stress. I am dedicated to creating a safe, relaxed environment where you can embrace your wellness journey with confidence and ease.
